Kan Kun Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 cup beef cut into long thin strips (about 1 1/2 inch long)
2 handfuls of kan kun leaves washed
2 cloves garlic chopped fine
1 medium onion chopped fine
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
2 green chillies sliced in half
1/2 cup chicken stock
oil
salt n pepper to taste
How to:
- Pour about a tablespoon of oil on hot pan and fry the beef slices until browned well. Remove from pan and keep aside
- Fry onion and garlic in the pan. Mix soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce in the chicken stock and add to the pan
- Add chillies and season well with salt and pepper
- Add beef and coat the sauce well.
- Add the kan kun leaves and turn off the heat and put the lid on the pan.
- Serve quickly because kan kun leaves tend to wilt really soon in the heat and turns brown when left too long
