Chicken pepperoncini - City style

I tasted this at City Garden and found that it was such a simple and tasty pasta that you can easily replicate at home. It was an aglio olio (just olive oil, garlic and dried chillies) recipe combined with sliced chicken pieces.
Try it because it's a recipe that you could never mess up.



Chicken Pepperoncini - City style

Ingredients:

1 Pack spaghetti
Olive oil
Chicken cut into small pieces pan fried till brown
5 - 6 Dried chillies halved
4 cloves garlic chopped finely
Salt and pepper to taste

How to:


  1. Cook pasta as per instructions on box (add salt and a lil olive oil to the water and bring water to boil before putting in the pasta)
  2. Heat about 2 tablespoon oil in pan. Add garlic.
  3. When garlic starts to brown low heat and add the chillies and chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add in the spaghetti and toss well together.
  6. And its READY!   :) now wasn't that easy or what?
Ps. you can sprinkle cheese for extra yumminess
