This is a recipe i tried this Eid and it turned out to be so rich and delicious. It goes very well with rice as well as pasta. Just toss a light salad and voila! Its a feast that you can't get enough of.
Ingredients
Chicken breast/ Boneless chicken
1 can Nestle' cream
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
2 garlic chopped fine
Olive oil
Handful of chopped leeks
Salt and pepper
How to:
Cut chicken into medium sized cubes.
Heat oil in pan and fry chicken cubes until browned nicely.
Remove from pan and keep aside.
Add garlic and mushrooms to pan and cook till slightly browned.
Add chickem stock and cream slowly.
When sauce thickens add chicken, season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and serve with leeks sprinkled on top.
