Im
always looking for some new chicken recipe and i came across this recipe. It
was soo simple that I just had to try it.
Japanese
Style Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:

chicken drumsticks , skin on (the skin is important for flavour)
1 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1⁄3; cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 garlic clove , peeled and bruised
2 small green chillies , slit open, seeds removed (or 3 or 4 dried red chillies)

How to:
Place
all the ingredients except for the dried chillies in a saucepan over a high
heat.
Bring
to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes.
And
increase the heat, turning the drumsticks frequently in the liquid
Cook
until the liquid has reduced to a sticky sauce.
Arrange
the chicken on a serving platter, remove the garlic clove and chili from the
liquid, and spoon the sauce over.
