MIL's Roasted Chilli Chicken
Ingredients:
1 Pack of chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons of lonumirus havadh (powdered chilli curry spice)
3 tablespoon chilli sauce
oil for shallow frying
1 medium sized onion sliced finely
4 cloves garlic crushed
about 10 curry leaves
salt to taste
How to:
- Coat drumsticks with lonumirus havadh and salt to taste.
- Shallow fry the chicken until cooked and nicely red and crisp on the outside. Keep aside.
- Fry onion and garlic in a wok/pot and add chicken.
- Add chilli sauce and combine well.
Ready to serve! If u want can garnish with fresh coriander leaves for an indian touch. :)
